Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. A link to cancel/reschedule will be included in the confirmation e-mail or you can e-mail ada@adapembroke.com.

Refunds are not offered if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance or if you miss the appointment (i.e. no call, no show).
