Who We Are

The Narrative Astrology Lab is a welcoming and inclusive safe space for people who cannot exist comfortably in the world as it is.

We are children of Pluto, challenging systems of power just by existing. We use astrology to reclaim our identities from oppressive narratives and embrace the parts of ourselves we were taught to hide.

We have learned to live in the margins without devaluing ourselves for it, and we bring that knowledge into how we read the sky. We live in the space between magic and the mundane, science and spirituality. We value the cocoon phase, the messiness of life, and facing the truth.

How the lab works

We meet on Zoom most Monday afternoons (3–4pm Pacific). Once a month, there's also an Early Birds workshop on Wednesday mornings (evening European time) where we talk about weird transits and tricky chart questions.

Between calls, we hang out on Discord, talking through transits, sharing what we're reading, and occasionally going off on wonderful tangents. It's a cozy server. We've been building it for over five years.

Membership in the lab includes lifetime access to Storytelling With Astrological Symbols (Ada's foundational course on reading charts as stories) with monthly calls with the current cohort. Members who renew for a second year unlock Reading Stories in a Natal Chart, Ada's course on chart interpretation through the lens of narrative astrology.

What's happening right now

Every Tuesday at 2pm PDT, we're meeting to discuss Six Ways by Aidan Wachter. We read a short section each week, one practice at a time. It started because members wanted a reason to actually do the work. So now we have one.

On Wednesdays at 3pm PDT, Tango hosts coworking sessions to help members find scheduled time and body-doubling support for working on their practice, a writing project, or that thing you’ve been putting off.
